Tchaikovsky and the “Best of Broadway” musicals with legendary entertainer Dick Van Dyke will highlight the exciting 8th Annual Concert Extraordinaire of the Los Angeles Lawyers Philharmonic at UCLA’s historic Royce Hall. Founder-Conductor Gary S. Greene, Esq., will lead the orchestra and its chorus, Legal Voices, with choral director Jim Raycroft, in an extraordinary concert that will showcase Van Dyke who will perform in song and dance. Principal cellist David Waller, Esq., will be featured as soloist in the beautiful Elgar Cello Concerto. The dynamic finale from Tchaikovsky’s 4th Symphony and show-stopping Broadway songs from Phantom of the Opera, Les Misérables, Bye Bye Birdie, Mary Poppins and Chicago -- with the incomparable Eric Castro, Esq., as lead in “Razzle Dazzle” -- will make this a very memorable evening. KFI radio host Bill Handel will MC, and one of America’s finest trial attorneys, Thomas V. Girardi, Esq., will be honored. A Post-Concert Celebratory Reception & Dinner will follow the concert (see below).
