Mozart’s Symphony No. 41, “Jupiter”
Wed, Jan 31, 2018 at 8:00 PM

Thomas Dausgaard leads off Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra's special midweek offering with selections from two of Brams's most lighthearted, popular offerings: the Hungarian Dances and the Liebeslieder Waltzes. Dausgaard orchestrated the selections himself, and they are sure to delight. Next, founding member of the Beaux Arts trio pianist Menahem Pressler takes the stage for Mozart’s graceful Piano Concerto No. 23. Mozart's final symphony, No. 41, “Jupiter,” brings the evening to a thrilling close.
